As a doctor, you may need to refer a patient for additional care to another physician, or you may need to add another doctor to one of your cases for co-planning courses of care.
To add another doctor to a case you have created, first go to your dashboard and find the Folder icon to the right of the case you want to share.
Click on the Folder icon and you'll find yourself in the "Case Details" page, like below.
Click on the share link icon to the right of the case name and the Case Collaborators window will pop up. You can search for a doctor that you have collaborated with in the past by typing their first or last name. You can also invite new doctors to the platform by typing in their email address.
Invited doctors will receive an email with a secure link, and if they are already Platform users, they will also receive a notification.
If the invited doctor has an account, they can just click the link to accept the case invitation. However, if the invited does not have an account, they will need to complete a short account registration form and then they will be able to accept the account.
Note that for other doctors to view Annotations, they must be expressly granted permission. Unless you change the dropdown option under "Viewing Permissions" for each annotation thread, the annotations will be private.
